The Wrap

Indiana State hasn't won in Cedar Falls since 1988, and the UNI Panthers kept that streak alive on Halloween afternoon with a 45-23 win at the UNI-Dome. It also stretched UNI's win streak over the Sycamores to 17 straight, and the Panthers are still undefeated at home. Some visitors just can't find the exit with a win.
