Three Black Hawk County snowplows now have new names after a local contest closed recently — winners were announced in Waterloo.

UnityPoint Health named Jenni Friedly as its new chief operating officer effective immediately + she brings 16 years of operational experience from her role as Market President in Waterloo while Carolyn Barko serves as Interim Market President.
