- ➤ City officials opened a temporary municipal parking lot on 2nd Street West at the former U.S. Bank site to ease parking near Main Street, offering free four-hour parking Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. until spring 2026 — parking passes are available online for longer stays. KOEL
