- ➤ The City of Cedar Falls is inviting proposals from non-profit or governmental agencies to boost tourism or economic development with funding available from July 1 to June 30 next year. Applications must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on December 19 (only agencies organized under Iowa law are eligible) (proposals from groups receiving other City funding will not be considered) before the Council reviews contracts for approval in May.
