High school volleyball teams in areas 1A and 2A played regional semifinal matches on Monday.

Denver, Dike-New Hartford, Grundy Center, Jesup, Union, Wapsie Valley, Aplington-Parkersburg and Sumner-Fredericksburg won three-set matches in area 2A—Cedar Ridge Christian, Janesville, Gladbrook-Reinbeck and Dunkerton won in area 1A.

Tuesday night the 20-20 Go-Hawks faced the 30-10 Pella Dutch in a Regional Championship match— the winner earns a spot at State next week.
