- ➤ The latest rankings posted on October 2 showed area volleyball teams across several classes—Cedar Falls is 10th and Waterloo West 12th in Class 5A, Waverly-Shell Rock is 13th in Class 4A, Denver is 1st while Sumner-Fredericksburg and Wapsie Valley are 8th and 9th in Class 2A, and Janesville, Cedar Ridge Christian, and Dunkerton are 5th, 12th, and 14th in Class 1A.
