The Independent Order of Odd Fellow will host a steak dinner today from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its lodge at 402 West Second St.—local residents are invited to join the community meal.

Today, the 10th ranked Cedar Falls team won its annual homecoming game by beating Iowa City High 40–21—the contest was part of Week 4 high school football as metro and area schools played ranked matchups.
