- ➤ Today, Cedar Falls Public Safety partners with Target Distribution Center to host Safety City in the parking lot, where nearly 500 kindergarteners learn about fire safety, 911, first aid, bicycle, electrical and railroad safety—an annual event running from September 9 through 12.
