The Cedar Falls Recreation and Fitness Center will begin its fall hours today—Monday to Thursday from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.—at 110 E.
