  • Lutheran Services in Iowa held an event last Thursday at the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa's office in Cedar Falls to honor community help in resettling nearly 200 refugees after federal funding cuts—local groups and donors raised funds, including $60,000 in Cedar Valley, to support the effort.
