- ➤ The Cedar Falls City Council voted to approve a voluntary separation agreement with city administrator Ron Gaines, who signed the deal on July 7 and will receive over $230,000 and health insurance through the end of the year. The council also named Jennifer Rodenbeck as acting city administrator while it searches for a permanent replacement. Y99.3
