On Tuesday, Cedar Bend Humane Society is asking local donors to donate 120 new Kuranda beds for shelter dogs.
The drive is open now to help keep the animals comfortable.

Monday night, Y99.3 broadcast Class 1A Regional Championship softball as the Clarksville Indians (23-7, second-ranked) hosted the Highland Huskies (17-6) with a 6:45 p.m. pregame and 7:00 p.m. first pitch.
Wapsie Valley hosted East Marshall for a ticket to the Class 2A State Tournament.
