- ➤ The University of Northern Iowa will charge students from Illinois — Minnesota — Missouri — Nebraska — South Dakota — and Wisconsin the in-state tuition rate beginning this Fall at just over $10,000 for the 2025-26 school year, saving them more than $12,000 from former nonresident costs. The Iowa Board of Regents will vote on the plan at their July 30 meeting. Y99.3
