Regional Softball was broadcast Wednesday night on the KWAY Sports Network; on KWAY Country the Denver Cyclones (19-8) hosted the Grundy Center Spartans (17-8) while on Y99.3 the Wapsie Valley Warriors (15-7) hosted the Hudson Pirates (10-14) with pregame at 6:45 and first pitch at 7:00.
Tuesday night, District Baseball games saw Janesville edge Iowa Valley 9-8 after a strong start; Don Bosco won 9-8 with a walk-off single against East Marshall while Wapsie Valley advanced 10-0 over North Tama, and Denver upset New Hampton 7-4 as Columbus edged Dike-New Hartford 7-6.
