  • A Waterloo man was arrested for allegedly robbing a construction site on three occasions for copper wire worth thousands; police say 38 year old Benjamin Shadow stole over $8,000 earlier this month, $7,000 on June 11, and $10,000 on June 14, and he is charged with first degree Theft + is held on a $10,000 bond while receipts linked him to A-Line Iron + Metal Recycling.  Y99.3
