- ➤ An 18-year-old from Waterloo was arrested after stabbing a 17-year-old during a fight at Singing Bird Lake on Tuesday night as he allegedly used a knife, inflicted puncture wounds on the victim’s neck and chest, and cut his face before fleeing the scene (charged with Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury).
