- ➤ A Waterloo Police officer, Keaton Northup, was charged with Homicide by Vehicle-Operating Under the Influence after a motorcycle crash on June 1 that killed his girlfriend Jenna Mills—Northup allegedly drove over 100mph while under heavy influence, lost control of his bike when it struck a metal pole, and posted a $25,000 bond while remaining on paid leave.
