- ➤ A 19 year old Waterloo man was arrested after he allegedly threatened a woman with a handgun at a Downing Court home at about 1:15 p.m. Friday — he reportedly crossed the Fred Becker Elementary School parking lot and dumped the weapon in a yard on Flower Street while facing charges of Assault While Displaying a Weapon, Carrying a Weapon on School Grounds and third degree Theft. - ➤ On Monday, police arrested felon Tramaine Gary in Waterloo after investigating the fatal shooting of Michael Alexander Jr., a native who returned from California to attend a funeral, and officers found a handgun + a bag of marijuana during a search at a Flower Street home. Y99.3
