- ➤ Grout Museum will host Camp Curious on May 8 as a series of day camps for kids (ages 6 to 12) on Waterloo no-school days. The program will offer engaging educational activities for local children. Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Black Hawk County Road Department will begin spraying county roadsides on Friday as part of its Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management program — aimed at weed control. Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ On Tuesday, the Wartburg men's golf team ended its season with a 4th-place finish at the A-R-Ch Championship, with Vaughn Tyler earning All Conference honors. Also on Tuesday, the tennis team beat Nebraska Wesleyan 4-1 (advancing to a semifinal match with Coe on Wednesday). Y99.3
