- ➤ A Waterloo man identified as 21-year-old Ashton Swanson was arrested in Hawkeye after he refused to pull over for a Fayette County Sheriff's Deputy on Thursday, led the officer on a short chase, crashed his stolen Nissan Sentra and sustained minor injuries while facing multiple charges. Y99.3
