On Thursday night on KWAY Country, Waverly-Shell Rock boys soccer fell 3-1 to Waterloo West as Elijah Suleman scored, the boys golf team won 156 to beat Charles City, and boys tennis split results—losing 6-3 to Decorah then beating Boone 5-4; at the Drake Relays, Ella Wilker jumped 16’ 1.25”.
Thursday night on Y99.3, the 3rd ranked Denver girls and 12th ranked Aplington-Parkersburg played to a 1-1 draw after Nicole Gomez scored her first goal + later in boys soccer, Aplington-Parkersburg beat Denver 6-2.
