- ➤ A man was chased through Cedar Falls and Janesville — he exited his vehicle, ran off, and pulled out a pocket knife before police detained him. Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier
- ➤ On April 21 at 8:01 p.m., Cedar Falls Police attempted a traffic stop near Grove Street and University Avenue when 40-year-old Benjamin William Kreimeyer (921 State Street) led officers on a chase in a silver 2003 Volkswagen Jetta, fleeing off the road into a field and running while displaying a knife before he was arrested near Pine and 7th Streets in Janesville with no injuries reported.
