➤ Iowa State beat Texas Tech 75-53 on Thursday in the Big 12 Tournament and the Cyclones will face Arizona at 6:00 p.m. on ESPN Friday. Y99.3
➤ Thursday’s Boys State Basketball Tournament semifinals saw Cedar Falls beat Dowling and Johnston beat Waukee, among other wins. Friday’s championship games will be at Casey’s Center—Ballard vs ADM at 1:00, Cedar Falls vs Johnston at 3:00, St. Edmond vs Marquette at 5:00 and Kuemper vs Unity Christian at 7:00. Y99.3
