- ➤ Dunkerton Girls State Basketball was broadcast on Y99.3 Wednesday afternoon as the 22-2 Raiders (5 seed) faced the 24-0 Lynnville-Sully team (4 seed) with pregame at 3:00 and tip-off at 3:15. Y99.3
- ➤ Former Nashua-Plainfield star and Wartburg basketball player Austin Bienemann was named the American Rivers Conference Defensive Player of the Year on March 4; this is the men’s program’s first major conference award since Nate Schmidt earned MVP in 2005. Y99.3
