EliteSTRONG

About this event

EliteSTRONG aims to advance the work that was completed in our AthleteSTRONG programs or personal training. EliteSTRONG is great for athletes of all sports who are looking to get more movement and learn proper form and body mechanics and advance within their sport. The focus will be on expanding movements learned in our previous programs(or personal training), with more time progressing lifts and increasing load. There will be less instructional time spent on introducing lifts. Previous lifting experience is required. Participation in our courses prior is NOT required, however a coach may refer you to another class if your athlete is not quite at the level for the class. This class is geared more towards our high school performance level athletes (8th-12th grade). Class will take place at our Agape Performance facility on Viking Rd. in Cedar Falls. Class runs M,W at 3:30pm. Each month will be it's own session charged separately. When registering, please download the MindyBody app. Select all the days of which you will attend.
