About this event

The prerequisite for this class is a 50/50 swim. This is when you swim 50 yards then tread for 2 minutes without using your hands, then swim another 50 yards. Then the participant must complete the timed test. They will start in the water and swim 20 yards to retrieve a 10-pound brick from the bottom of the pool and swim on their back to the starting point. The participant must then exit the water.
