About this event
AthleteSTRONG aims to work on preseason strength, agility, and conditioning. AthleteSTRONG is great for athletes of all sports, and it is also a program that would be great for non-athletes who are looking to get more movement and learn proper form and body mechanics. This class will be for those who are 4th-6th grade. Class will take place at our Agape Performance facility on Viking Rd. in Cedar Falls. Class runs Mondays at 6pm and Th at 5pm. Each month will be it's own session and charged separately. When registering, please download the MindyBody app. Select all the days of which you will attend.
