About this event
Build & Bloom is a welcoming group movement class designed to help participants stay active, build confidence, and enjoy moving their bodies. Through simple bodyweight exercises, uplifting music, and positive encouragement, participants will work on balance, coordination, strength, and light cardio while moving at their own pace. Class will take place at Agape Performance on Wednesdays at 5:15 - 5:45pm on the classroom side. Starting Sept. 2nd through the fall. Free to members, $30/mo non-members.
