Core Control

About this event

This full-body class is designed to enhance core strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, and healthy range of motion (ROM). Through a blend of controlled movements, functional exercises, breathing and targeted stretching, you'll develop a stronger, more balanced body that moves with ease and efficiency. Participants will be getting on the floor and occasionally working on hands and knees. Modifications will be provided throughout to ensure the class is accessible for all fitness levels and physical abilities. gG Members: included in membership non-gG Members: $30/month This class will occur Monday nights at 5:30 pm for 30 minutes.
